Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) new8 account only. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is a serious violation of new8's terms, regardless of whether different information is used to create them. Should new8 find that an individual holds more than one account, new8 reserves the right to close all such accounts and forfeit all accumulated balances, bonuses, and winnings.
When registering a new8 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full name as shown on your official identification document, an active Malaysian phone number, and any other details requested by new8. The use of a false name, another person's phone number, or any misleading information constitutes a breach of terms and may result in immediate account termination.
You are solely responsible for keeping your new8 account password confidential. new8 will never ask for your password via email, phone, or live chat. If you suspect that your password has been compromised, change it immediately and contact new8 support. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
New8 reserves the right to request full identity verification (Know Your Customer – KYC) before processing withdrawals above a certain threshold or whenever new8 deems it necessary. The KYC process may require a copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad), a utility bill or bank statement as proof of address, and documents related to the payment method used. Failure to complete the KYC process may result in withdrawal capabilities being suspended until the process is finalised.

The minimum deposit into a new8 account is RM10 per transaction. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are subject to new8's current policies, which may be updated from time to time.
Important Information on Withdrawals: Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for deposit or to a method registered under the member's name. new8 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Any attempt to withdraw funds to another person's account will be blocked and the funds may be held pending investigation.
New8 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated on each bonus offer. It is your responsibility to read and understand the terms of each bonus before accepting it.
Every bonus received at new8 carries a minimum wagering requirement that must be met before any winnings generated from that bonus can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement will be stated as a multiplier of the bonus amount received (for example: 25x means you must place total bets equal to 25 times the bonus value before withdrawing winnings). All game results on new8 are final. For games using a Random Number Generator (RNG), results are generated randomly and have been verified by independent international auditing bodies. Extra time and penalties are factored into match result bets unless otherwise stated.
If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or not played within 24 hours of its original scheduled time, all bets related to that event will be voided and stakes returned to the new8 member's account. Bets placed on in-play/live betting markets are not subject to cancellation except under exceptional circumstances.
